This project is an example of a collaborative work between our company, the client, the architect and the structural engineer. We worked on a kitchen extension to the rear of the property in order to create an functional and cosy hub for family activities, cooking and dining. The new kitchen includes skylights, bringing in more natural light and creating a bright, inviting space. The floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offer a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, making it an ideal place for relaxation and entertaining whatever the weather. The new construction allowed for the use of a green roof system comprised of moss mat and a water retention underlayment, which protects the roofing membrane and provides significant insulating capabilities. We helped our clients achieve their goal of an energy efficient kitchen extension, adding both space and value to their property.
