Refurbishing a galley kitchen can present several challenges due to its narrow layout and limited space. However, there are ways to maximise its efficiency, style, and functionality as seen in our example from Cricklewood. We upgraded the kitchen by replacing old appliances and outdated cabinets with energy-efficient models and modern, sleek designs. Cabinets were extended vertically to maximise storage while seamless, easy-to-clean worktops provide ample space for food preparation. We opted for light, neutral colours such as white, cream, or light grey to make the space feel more open and airy. The use of glossy tiles for the backsplash and stainless steel finishes makes light bounce around the room while spotlights and under-cabinet lights brighten up the workspace and improve the ambience. The refurbishment not only maximised the functionality of the kitchen but also enhanced its style and efficiency, creating a welcoming and practical space.
“Refurbishing our dark and cramped galley kitchen was the best decision ever. It used to be a space that we disliked and avoided but now it’s bright, modern and preparing meals for our family here is a pleasure. Rama Property Limited were reliable and trustworthy, and they helped us create a kitchen that our family will enjoy for many years to come.”
