We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material availability, or third-party dependencies. Rama Property Ltd will communicate any changes promptly.
Clients must ensure access to the property and provide accurate information regarding existing conditions. Any undisclosed issues that affect the scope of work may result in additional charges.
Rama Property Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise required by law.
We offer a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your contract. This does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.
Clients may cancel services within 14 days of agreement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Cancellations after this period may incur charges for work already completed or materials purchased.
All designs, plans, and documentation provided by Rama Property Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
